- View cart or continue shopping: Choose “View cart” to complete your purchase or “Continue” if you want to add more items.
- To complete your purchase: Click on “Complete Purchase” and fill in your details. You can create an account or make the purchase as a guest, providing only your shipping information.
- Choose your shipping and payment method: Select your preferred shipping and payment method.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order.

You can have your order delivered to whichever address is most convenient for you, whether it's at home, at work, or another location. To expedite delivery, it's important to provide an address where someone will be available to receive the order.

Products returned to our warehouses must be in perfect condition , sealed, complete, and in their original packaging .

For returns with home collection, if the exchange or return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items , Creative Toys will cover all shipping costs.
If the reason is something else, the shipping and return costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Assorted items are references that include various models or colors. In these cases, it is not possible to choose a specific model or color during purchase. The selection will be made in the warehouse according to stock availability. You may receive any model or color, including some that are not represented in the product images.
If you would like to receive a specific model, please indicate your preference in the order notes before completing your order. If the desired model is not available, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or, if you prefer, to cancel the order.
